4.1 Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings are lawful and comply with Gibraltar’s laws. 4.2 The following types of listings are strictly prohibited: Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods Firearms, explosives, or dangerous weapons Drugs, prescription medication, or controlled substances Explicit or adult content Fraudulent services Anything violating intellectual property rights 4.3 Listings must provide accurate descriptions of items or services. 4.4 trader.gi reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Users must engage in honest and fair transactions. 5.2 Prohibited conduct includes: Misrepresentation of goods or services Scamming, fraud, or deceptive practices Harassment or abuse towards other users Spamming or unauthorized advertising 5.3 Users who violate these rules may face account suspension or permanent banning.

6.1 Users must not engage in any of the following activities: Money laundering, fraudulent schemes, or financial crimes Impersonating another user or entity Selling pirated software, unauthorized digital content, or hacking tools Engaging in any unlawful activity as per Gibraltar’s laws

9. Payments & Fees

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 trader.gi is an online marketplace and does not verify the accuracy of user listings. 10.2 We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of items listed. 10.3 Users agree that trader.gi shall not be liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from transactions conducted on our platform. 10.4 No Warranty: trader.gi makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access to the platform and does not guarantee error-free operation.
